Bill Auditing


Dear Business Owner,

Did you know that over 70% of all utility bills contain errors and overcharges 20% to 30% higher than the amount businesses should actually pay? Yet businesses continue to pay these incorrect bills month after month, year after year without ever scrutinizing them.

We specialize in auditing and analyzing utility bills (electric, water, telephone, and gas). We do not suggest any changes to your operations; we do not sell equipment or long distance services. Our primary focus is to audit for utility bill overcharges and cost deductions.

Our fee is on a contingency basis. In other words, we share the results of our audit with you instead of the utility companies keeping the overcharges and continuing to overcharge. If we do not obtain any refunds, credits or cost reductions, we receive nothing.

A complete utility bill audit consists of the following:

1) Comparing the itemized bills with the complex utility company tariffs to insure the client is getting the lowest rates possible
2) Checking for computer or human errors
3) Negotiating with the utility company for the lowest possible rates and highest possible refund
4) Reducing monthly reoccurring charges by implementing a transparent cost savings program.

Please fill out the audit agreement, the letter of agency on top of your letterhead or a business card will do, and just one month of each of your utility bills (electric, water, gas, and local and long distance telephone carrier).

You truly have everything to gain and nothing to loose. You can mail or fax a copy of the agreement and the utility bills, or if it is more convenient we can have someone pick them up.
